Music adds such a tremendous energy to any group exercise class so it is very important to always keep it fresh and exciting! Whether I am teaching Pilates, Yoga, Relaxation Yoga, Power Yoga, Yogalates or Spinning the music may make or break the class. I am always looking for and adding new artists, songs and genres to my workout mixes to ensure something fresh and intoxicating each and every class. Here are some of the artists you will hear for example in my Pilates Matwork classes:
