Theater & Fitness Go Hand in Hand!
I have had an exciting career in musical theatre, opera, plays and have performed all over the United States as well as in Europe for over the past 15 years. I performed in over 60 professional productions and racked up well over 2000 performances on stages all over the world. The fast paced, vagabond life put me in contact with literally thousands of people from around the world and served as an education on understanding peoples’ needs. I started to train many of the dancers and singers on the side and soon had built quite a client roster.
In performing, your body is your instrument and you must keep it fine-tuned at all times… especially when you are performing 8 shows a week! I will help you meet the serious physical demands of singing, dancing, and acting in your professional theater career!
