Here is The Christmas Workout (with Carols) just in time for the Holiday season! This workout emphasizes proper breathing and control when exercising. Also we get to really challenge ourselves by singing Christmas carols while exercising. Featuring Pilates, Yoga, and Pylata moves combined with glorious music to get you in the spirit. If you don’t like the singing simply turn the volume off or throw the monitor into a wall.
