I start back at Disney this week and am shaking with excitement! Lots of returning people as well as newbies that will soon be out through the paces. The more disciplined and consistent you are with these classes the better you will look and feel . In these blogs I tend to ramble sometimes and go off on tangents (the way I do in person to those of you who have had the pleasure…) but when I teach it is all business. Sure some levity may be thrown in but you are there to challenge and inspire yourself. I give everything I can to each class to ensure a rewarding experience for the client…regardless of their fitness level. The more you attend my (or someone else’s that you enjoy) classes the better you will look and feel. EVERY TIME! Once you make the decision to dedicate yourself to Pilates and yoga expect the amazing. Did I just go off on a tangent again?
Just made a new Pilates mix for the week and it is going to ROCK! Perhaps some rolling too. Might even be some break dancing. Who knows what may happen…
I filmed some intro stuff today in Dr. Phillips and enjoyed being in front of the camera again! We are currently scouting locations around the area to film some 5-10 minute workout videos. More news to follow…
Why eat Beets? I know you were up late last night wondering why you should!

~Aids weight loss
So let’s go beet shopping and put them in our cereal!
“Let people feel the weight of who you are and let them deal with it.”

Song of the Day: Fire on the Mountain by Rob Thomas
This is one of the most dramatic songs I have ever heard! It is off his new album out now and it is the lead-in for my Pilates classes this week. It has this throbbing drum beat behind it and builds and peaks like the Colorado landscape. Good reference! Powerful song.
State of the Day: Idaho
Why? Why not?
Looking forward to seeing you in class this week! How you treat your body is YOUR choice. Always has been and always will be.
Wishing everyone an exciting, invigorating and passionate week!

[Han answers the intercom after commandeering an attack station]
Han Solo: [sounding official] Uh, everything’s under control. Situation normal.
Voice: What happened?
Han Solo: [getting nervous] Uh, we had a slight weapons malfunction, but uh… everything’s perfectly all right now. We’re fine. We’re all fine here now, thank you. How are you?
Voice: We’re sending a squad up.
Han Solo: Uh, uh… negative, negative. We had a reactor leak here now. Give us a few minutes to lock it down. Large leak, very dangerous.
Voice: Who is this? What’s your operating number?
Han Solo: Uh…
[Han shoots the intercom]
Han Solo: [muttering] Boring conversation, anyway.
