I took part in the PiYo certification workshop two weeks ago in Orlando. PiYo is a unique athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and more and I had a great time at the workshop! I received my official certificate in the mail today and I passed with a Gold ranking and could not be more excited!

What is a Gold ranking you ask?

“Instructor exhibited exemplary form, during practical application from 90-100% of the time. Gold instructors have that intangible quality that is difficult to explain, immediately apparent, and motivating for all to see. Gold instructors are the standard by which we use to recruit presenters and those instructors who appear in our training videos. The Gold ranking is very special and reserved for the few.”

So I have this going for me (-:

PiYo is really something special and I am proud to be associated with the brand. This may be the start of something huge and expand my business to further exciting levels of effectiveness.

I mean c’mon! Super sexy song that always reminds me of junior high dances in some one’s basement out in the country. It may be slipping into one of my new Pilates mixes in the near future to entice and tantalize my clients. Take a listen but don’t touch me!
