Great stretch for cyclists and runners!

My friends,   It is the weekend and that means I have a short break from teaching classes…so what do I do: I bike! Biking is one of the most exciting workouts because it takes you anywhere VERY fast! It also is very easy on the joints, strengthens the heart and builds beautiful muscles in the legs, Core and arms.
