It is the weekend and that means I have a short break from teaching classes…so what do I do: I bike! Biking is one of the most exciting workouts because it takes you anywhere VERY fast! It also is very easy on the joints, strengthens the heart and builds beautiful muscles in the legs, Core and arms. The only problem is you get pretty tight in the hips after all that repetitive movement….but not to fear – there is an amazing after-biking stretch featured in the video below!
Practice this fast and effective stretch after every ride and you will feel so much better!
