Happy Yoga month, my friends! In honor of a full month of learning (and doing) the wonderful poses and flows of Yoga, I have created the 25 minute Yoga Weight Loss Workout! Let’s make this a month of discovery and transformation that will last through the year and beyond. Try this routine 3 times per week or add it to the end of your current workout.
