Not sure exactly who said this but it rings such profound truth. Every person on the planet must take heed of this quote. Keep your bodies moving. Don’t eat Pop Tarts for breakfast and for the love of God…don’t eat the Bloomin’ Onion from Outback Steakhouse…or Chile’s Baby Back Ribs. The ribs have about 174 grams of fat in 1 serving. Boy that will make you look hot and sexy!
