I recently took up trail running to usher in summer (whenever it plans to arrive) and have been intoxicated by the sheer variety of cross training I can inject while pounding the dirt. When faced with the beautiful outdoors, a plethura of hills and climbs, open pastures and scenic overlooks I salivate at the endless bodyweight training possibilities.
