What do my gym workouts look like? I brought the camera with me to Nick’s Pro Fitness to capture the wild cross training that happens each and every time I set foot in the gym or any space for that matter. You’ll learn in this video that I NEVER do the same exact workout twice. Why? I enjoy shocking my body (and mind) constantly, trying new exercises/sequences, challenging myself and the massive euphoric BOOST I receive from non-stop movement…it’s intoxicating!
