I am going to add a new feature to my Blog called The Song of the Day. Da da da daaaaaa!!! The Song of the Day will be one that can be used in any capacity for exercising. Sprints. Jogs. Biking. Stretching. Walking. Doing the Hundred in Pilates. Anything!!

I used it in Spinning this morning and last Wednesday and it cooks as a progressive Hill. Starts rather innocently and builds from there. By the end of the Hill the class was sweating buckets and breathing heavy…that equals success! Toning and lengthening the muscles.
