Studies show that stretching post workout increases blood flow, improves flexibility, boosts recovery time and reduces muscle soreness and fatigue. I put this 30 minute stretch routine together to give you all these benefits plus many more. Bottom line: When I stretch I feel great…when I don’t stretch I feel lethargic, tight and irritable.
