My friends,
This is the first video I’ve made in over a month. Please watch the video below (and do the 30 minute yoga flow with me) to find out why I’ve been absent. Thank you so much for your many prayers and kind words during this challenging time. My family and I appreciate it as we find blessed peace a little more each day. It’s an honor to be back. Please share this on.
All my best,
Sean Vigue
PS – a very special thank you to Ohana Yoga Studio in West Salem, Wisconsin (my hometown) for the use of their beautiful studio.

My heart goes out to you and your family. Losing a parent, especially one you’re close to, is one of those defining moments in life. I lost my mom almost seven years ago, and it’s still hard to believe it’s been that long. I feel her in my heart every day. Every day is different even now, and sometimes I still cry because I miss her so much. People told me it would get easier. It’s just different. I can’t say it’s any easier and everyone’s journey is different. I wish you and your family the best. I’m just thankful I had her for my mom and the time I had with her. I’m sure you feel the same about your dad. Namaste!
I am so sorry for the loss of your father. I lost my own father on December 23rd. I know how hard it is. How lovely for you that he was a supportive Dad and that you were close. What a gift. Bless you and your family in your grieving and your celebration of his life and love.
And thank you for all of the wonderful workouts I enjoy.
