I have been TIGHT lately! Have you? Last week I was teaching one of my Power Yoga/Pilates classes and decided to do some of the poses with the class. Whoa. Sometimes I forget just how powerful these poses can be for unlocking our physical and mental potential. As an instructor I usually demonstrate a move for a few seconds and then walk around the room correcting, singing (opera) and cueing. Once I slip into one of these life changing stretches I’m inspired to share it with everyone…as I’m doing in the video below.
