  1. You make several references in your excellent videos about talking too much. Nonesense. One of the reasons I use you product is for that very thing. To start, when doing exercises with a video I often can’t see the screen. Other presenters who go quiet don’t let me know where I am inthe sequence. Then there is the useful information and explanations you give during the poses which help me feel my way more deeply into it. Then there is your voice which is strong and clear, not breathy and soft. And your quips and off-topic comments and observations are refreshing. I don’t want to hear tinkly music and crystals in the background. I’m 45 and just took over a farm working towards zero carbon emissions, so you can imagine (maybe) the physical work involved. With aging and the dramatic increase in physical activity I need to do a lot of stretching and flexibility work to balance the work and avoid injury. I use your videos religiously. Keep chattering Sean, it’s a real asset!
