By request, here’s my evening stretch routine…usually done while journaling, reading, hugging Addie and watching Star Trek: The Next Generation or MST3k. Btw, this is my all time favorite MST3k episode. You don’t need those TV shows to do this routine – actually you don’t need anything other than your pajamas and a small space.
