Welcome to November! It’s getting cold in the Rockies and snow is forecast for this week. How’s the weather by you? I look forward to breaking out the compression shirts once again and keep kicking your butt through the colder days…

  1. Great schedule. I keep pushing and look forward to your new workouts. The new book is also great, it’s a nice way to make very effective use of your legacy videos and put them in a sensible order. Please do a “weight book” and “cardio book” as well. I still think you could put in more back/pulling exercises.
    no snow yet in Singapore, 85 F and sunny. Took the dog for a walk this morning and now off for a bike ride now with wife and daughter. Deep stretching with you thereafter.
