45 minute Pilates Workout

Wednesday, October 9th
Rest or do 30 minutes of light cardio

Thursday, October 10th
20 minute Abs/Core Workout

Friday, October 11th
Finish the week strong! 30 minute Power Core Yoga Workout

Saturday, October 12th
Take it easy and stretch! 15 minute Yoga Stretch

Sunday, October 13th
Do something fun along with some light cardio for 30 minutes and get ready for tomorrow!
