2 things:
1 – I never do the same workout twice. NEVER. I’ve also never taught or filmed the same workout twice. Can’t do it. Won’t do it. Keep it fresh, challenging, fun and interesting.
2 – I combine all sorts of disciplines together i.e.. weight training, power yoga, calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, Pilates/core, HIIT, pull-ups (I’m obsessed!) and much more. Cross train, cross train and then…do some more cross training.

Today went to the gym and did 45 min (interval) running, Elliptical and spinning. Finished up with 20min of core using Med balls and BW and stretching.
