My friends at Sean’s Vault – here’s your workout schedule for the month of September. Did you follow your August schedule? The best advice I can give for your workouts is to keep changing them up for maximum benefits and enjoyment…that’s what we’re doing with these Vault programs. Take these workouts on the go with the help of my two new books: Power Yoga for Athletes and Pilates for Men. Get your own copies and tell your friends and family!
