Thanks for all your feedback regarding our Sean’s Vault workout schedules. I’m more than pleased to keep adding a new one each month if you want them. In between your Sean’s Vault workouts you can pass the time with my new Power Yoga book.

Repeat the two week workout schedule for the month. Feel free to mix your workouts around and rest when needed. Would you like some videos based on what I do in the gym?
